Am I free in my pricing?
Yes — you set your end-customer prices independently. We provide non-binding recommendations on request.
Do I need to provide first-level support?
Yes, end-customer support runs through you. We provide second-level support for technical issues — directly from engineering.
Can I migrate my Plesk customers?
Yes. enconf includes automatic import tools for Plesk via SSH. Customers, sites, databases, mailboxes, DNS zones, FTP accounts and cron jobs are migrated automatically.
Is enconf GDPR compliant?
