Do I need a separate login for calendars and contacts?

No. Authentication is delegated to Dovecot — the same credentials as for the mailbox also work for webmail, calendars and contacts in SOGo.

How do I set up SOGo on iPhone or Mac?

Via a signed Apple configuration profile (.mobileconfig), distributed by button or QR code — mail, calendars and contacts are set up in one step this way, with no manual server entry.

Does SOGo also work with Thunderbird or Android?

Yes. Thunderbird and eM Client configure themselves automatically; on Android, mail runs over IMAP/SMTP, with calendars and contacts via the DAVx⁵ app over CalDAV/CardDAV.

Can I share a calendar or address book with my team?

Yes, directly via SOGo’s own interface — ideal for shared appointments and contact lists across the team.
